I’d suggest a Garmin inReach Mini 2 or similar satellite communicator. A Starlink Mini or full-sized dish (with either 12DC conversion or an inverter to power it) plus additional battery power for it gives more functionality (as long as you have clear sky view and aren’t under a canopy of trees).
